By booking an appointment, visiting our website, or receiving services at Creosote Salon, you agree to the following terms.

Appointments & Cancellations

Your appointment time is reserved exclusively for you.

• We kindly request at least 24 hours’ notice for cancellations or rescheduling.

• Cancellations made with less than 24 hours’ notice may be subject to a cancellation fee.

• No-shows may be charged up to 100% of the scheduled service.

• Arrivals more than 15 minutes late may require rescheduling to preserve the experience of all guests.

We value your time and appreciate the same consideration in return.

Service Adjustments (Redos)

Your satisfaction is important to us.

If you feel an adjustment is needed, please notify us within 14 days (2 weeks) of your original appointment. We are happy to refine the original service when:

• The request aligns with the initial consultation and agreed-upon outcome.

• The hair has been properly maintained.

• No chemical services have been performed elsewhere after receiving services at Creosote Salon.

Adjustments do not apply to changes of mind or entirely new service requests.

Pricing

All services are customized. Pricing may vary based on hair length, density, product usage, and service complexity. Final pricing will be confirmed during consultation.

Prices are subject to change without notice. 

Retail & Gift Cards

• Retail products may be exchanged if in close to original condition.

• Gift cards are non-refundable and may not be redeemed for cash.

• Creosote Salon will always store gift cards in our software, the tangible card is not necessary.

Health & Safety

For optimal results and safety, guests must disclose:

• Allergies or sensitivities

• Medical conditions

• Previous chemical treatments

• Medications that may affect hair services

We reserve the right to decline services if safety may be compromised.

Intellectual Property

All content on this website, including branding, imagery, copy, and design, is the property of Creosote Salon and may not be reproduced without written permission.

Limitation of Liability

Creosote Salon is not responsible for:

• Undisclosed sensitivities or allergies

• Outcomes when professional recommendations are declined

• Personal items lost or damaged while on the premises

Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Arizona.

Modifications

Creosote Salon reserves the right to update these Terms at any time. Continued use of our website or services constitutes acceptance of any changes.
