We take care to focus on the artistry of the hair and maintain client privacy. No personal identifying information will be shared without explicit consent.

If you prefer that your hair not be photographed or posted, you must notify your stylist or our front desk prior to the start of your service.

3. User-Generated Content

By tagging Creosote Salon, using our branded hashtags, or submitting photos, reviews, or testimonials, you grant Creosote Salon permission to repost, share, and use this content for marketing and promotional purposes across our digital platforms, website, and advertising materials.

If you prefer your content not be shared, please notify us directly.

4. Appointment & Service Inquiries

Social media platforms are not monitored for real-time booking or urgent requests. To schedule, modify, or cancel appointments, please contact the salon directly through our official booking channels.

Please note:

• Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours in advance.

• Service adjustments (“redos”) must be requested within two weeks of the original appointment.
